- Organisations to which we, the insurer or the plan administrators outsource mailing, information technology, telephony and communications requirements – in order to process your application.
- Government regulatory bodies – if required by law.
- A life insured named in your application.
- The financial institutions involved in collecting your premium.
By signing an application form or making a telephone or online application you consent to these disclosures listed above. By supplying us with contact details you agree to allow InsuranceLine to contact you from time to time in relation to the products we offer until you tell us otherwise. You have rights to access the personal information held about you. Cookies
InsuranceLine makes use of "cookies" to make our website perform better. A "cookie" is a feature built into your browser that assigns you a "user ID". Cookies are used to follow the pattern of movements of web users. Cookies let us know which pages on our website are visited, in what order and how often. By themselves, cookies can't be used to discover your identity, they merely identify your computer to our servers when you visit us. Record of visits
When you visit the InsuranceLine website pages, our server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information:

We will record your email address or other personal details if you send us a message, apply online, quote online or request a update to your policy. It will be used for the purpose for which you have provided it to InsuranceLine and from time to time we may email you with promotional offers and opportunities to purchase from us. Should you receive an offer, you will always be provided with the option to opt out from further offers.
Security
When you begin the quoting and application process on the InsuranceLine site, a secure system software called "socket security layer" (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Retention and Disposal of Information
InsuranceLine will only keep information it needs for the purpose for which it was collected. InsuranceLine will dispose of such information when it has no further needs to use it or it is required by law to do so.
Information by telephone
InsuranceLine appreciates that some people may not wish to submit information via email or the Internet. If you do not wish to submit personal information to InsuranceLine through our websites or via email, you can call us on 13 77 87.
